Enabling Java in Internet Explorer 4.x
From the Edit menu select Preferences...
Select Java and make sure the "Enable Java" button is checked.
Your Java virtual machine may differ from these settings.
Click on the "OK," button. Go back to the title page. Click on the
"Reload," button WHILE HOLDING DOWN THE SHIFT KEY. This
will force Netscape to reload the page from server instead of from
thesaved file on your computer's hard drive.
