Finding the instantaneous velocity from a position vs time graph
The "instantaneous velocity" is the exact velocity at a single moment in time. Maybe you have been traveling in the back seat of a car and asked the driver, "How fast are we going?" The driver responded, "Exactly 68 mph." The driver was telling you the instantoeus velocity of the car at that moment in time.
