Use the table exactly as it is shown above to organize the givens in every planar type problem. You can see in the example on the previous page how this table of givens was used. While the table is not standard for all physicists around the world, if every uses, comparing work will be easier. (In the past students have use the phrase "vox-t-v-a" to remember the order of the variables.)
